House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the President and Directors of the Maryland Insane Asylum to convey certain land to the Maryland Inebriate Asylum for the uses of said Institution, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Lee, Browne, Maddox, Brewer, Malone, Clarke, Parker, of Calvert, Carroll, Spates, Earle, Snyder, Henkle, Smith, Hyland, Welch—16. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to the Public Local Laws of Prince George's county, sub-title Bladensburg, to prevent swine from running at large in said village, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
