House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Washington county, by add- ing thereto further sections, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Kimmel, Biggs, Lee, Clarke, Maddox, Carroll, Malone, Fields, Spates, Hyland, Snyder, Hammond, Welch—14. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
