House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 17 of Article 30 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Grimes and Punishments, under the head of Bribery, and to re-enact the same with amendments, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol- lows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Kimmel, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Brewer, Malone, Clarke, Spates, Fields, Smith, Henkle, Walsh, Hyland, Welch—17. Hammond, NEGATIVE—None. And returned to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act to make certain indentures of apprenticeship made and entered into in Somerset county, in the year 1864, which said indentures were not satisfied by the Judges of the Orphans' Court of said county, in him in consequence of the illegal military arrest of the said Judges of the said Orphans' Court, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
