The following House bills, which had passed both Houses,
were on yesterday submitted to His Excellency the Gover-
nor for his approval:

An Act entitled an Act to repeal section 92 of Article 17
of Public Local Laws for Queen Anne's county, and section
1, 92 and 2 of the Act of 1867, chapter 421, relating to Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables in aforesaid county.

An Act entitled an Act to repeal an Act of the Genera)
Assembly of Maryland, passed March 10th, 1804, chapter
347, entitled an Act to repeal section 30 of Article 15 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Montgomery" county,
relating to courts of said county, and to enact substitute
therefor.

An Act entitled an Act to repeal section 127 of the fourth
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws relating to the city
of Baltimore, and to substitute in lieu thereof the following:

An Act entitled an Act limiting the number of Justices of
The Peace and Constables in Wicomico county.

An Act entitled an Act to amend flic charter of the Cum-

berland and Pennsylvania Rail Road Company, passed at
January session, 1849, chapter 469.

An Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Marine Railway
ami Manufacturing Con-many of Havre-de-Grace, and to
amend the Act of 1867, chapter 211.

An Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to authorize and
empower the County Commissioners of Kent county to sub-
scribe in behalf of said county to the capital stock of the
Kent County Rail Road Company, and to issue bonds for
the same and to provide for their redemption, passed at

January session, 1867, chapter 139, by adding a proviso to
