The Senate met pursuant to adjournment.

Present at roll call

Messrs. President, Browne, Biggs, Brewer, Clarke, Carroll,
Denson, Earle, Fields, Henkle, Hyland, Hammond, Lee,
Maddox, Miller, Malone, Parker, of Calvert, Spates, Smith,
Walsh, Welch—20.

House bill entitled an Act to alter and amend the Act of
January session, 1867, chapter 304, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the Central Maryland Railroad Company, passed on
the 18th day of March, 1867,

Was read the third time, and passed yeas and nays.

Physic of the University of Maryland.
