House bill entitled an Act supplementary and amendatory
of an Act passed at this session, entitled an Act to amend
the charter of the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Rail Road
Company, passed at January session, 1849, chapter 469.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act, entitled a fur-
ther supplement to an Act, to incorporate companies to make
several Turnpike Roads through Baltimore county, and for
other purposes, passed 20th day of March 1865, and to re-
enact the same with amendments,

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to grant donations for the use
of Academies and Schools in Wicomico county,

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 623, of Article
4, of Public Local Laws, entitled City of Baltimore, sub-title
Justices of the Peace and Constables, and to re-enact the-
same, and substitute the following in lieu thereof,

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore city.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to regulate the decision of points
and questions reserved for courts in bance, as provided by
section 22, of Article 4, of the Constitution,

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to regulate the time of holding
the respective Circuit Courts for the several counties compos-
ing the 7th judicial circuit of Maryland, and to repeal the lo-
cal laws for the said counties in reference thereto.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Prince George's, St. Mary's and Calvert.
Also, delivered

House joint resolution requiring the Librarian to furnish
to the Circuit Court for Howard county, certain Law Re-
ports.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.
