Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1865, chap-
ter 174, entitled an Act relating to the registration of the
voters of the State, and to enact other provisions, relating to
the registration of voters, in lieu thereof, chapter 336, passed
March the 13th, 1867, and to enact other provisions, relating
to the registration of voters, in lieu thereof,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays :

Mr. Maddox, from the special committee, reported fa-
vorably

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 96 to 109,
inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland for
Charles county, under the head of Roads, and to enact the
following in lieu thereof.
Which was read the second time.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, reported un-
favorably

House bill entitled an Act for the relief of the Faculty of
Physic of the University of Maryland,

And the report was adopted.
Also, reported unfavorably

House bill entitled an Act to refund to Chas. H. Mitchnm
a sum of money erroneously paid.
