Also delivered the following message : BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, March 24,1868. Gentlemen of the Senate: We have received your message refusing to recede from the .amendments proposed by your Honorable Body to the bill entitled an Act to repeal section. 18 of Article 73 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Penitentiary, and to re- enact the same with amendments. We propose, with the consent of your Honorable Body, the appointment of a committee of conference on the above- named bill, to consist of two members of the Senate and three of the House.
