House bill entitled an Act to repeal the first section of the Act of January session, 1864, chapter 309, entitled an Act to add new sections to Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester county, for the protection of Partridges, and re-enact the same with amendments, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. Browne, Kimmel, Biggs, Lee, Brewer, Maddox, Clarke, Miller, Carroll, Parker, of Calvert, Denson, Spates, Earle, Snyder, Grove, Smith, Henkle, Walsh—19. Hammond, NEGATIVE—None.
