Browne, Kimmel, Biggs, Lee, Brewer, Miller, Clarke, Parker, of Calvert, Carroll, Spates, Denson, Snyder, Earle, Smith, Hammond, Walsh—16. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and the County Commis- sioners of Washington county to waive the liens acquired by them respectively under a mortgage heretofore executed to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, by the Western Mary- land Rail Road Company, in trust to indemnify the said Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and County Commis- sioners of Washington county, upon their endorsement re- spectively upon the second mortgage bonds of said company.
