Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the county Com- missioners of Frederick county to subscribe to the capital stock and endorse the mortgage bonds of the Western Mary- land Railrod Company, the Frederick and Emmittsburg Railroad Company, the Frederick and Pennsylvania Line Railroad Company, and the Frederick and Williamsport Railroad Company, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hyland, Browne, Kimmel, Biggs, Lee, Brewer, Parker, of Calvert, Clarke, Spates, Carroll, Snyder, Earle, Smith, Grove, Walsh—17. Henkle, NEGATIVE—None.
