Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and North Point Turnpike Road Company, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hammond, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Brewer, Malone, Carroll, Parker, of Calvert, Earle, Spates, Fields, Snyder, Henkle, Smith, Hyland, Welch—18. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled a supplement to the Act entitled an Act to incorporate a company to build a turnpike road from Liberty town, Frederick county, through Johnsville, to Pipe creek, passed January session, 1864, chapter 338, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hammond, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Brewer, Malone, Carrol, Parker, of Calvert, Earle, Spates, Fields, Snyder, Henkle, Smith, Hyland, Welch—18. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact sections 32,33, 37 and 81 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws for Talbot county relating to the number, powers, and election of the Commissioners of Easton, and to add an ad- ditional section thereto.
