Mr. Malone was excused from voting on the above bill, And it was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act to widen and improve the pub- lic roads in Wicomico county, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Hammond, Browne, Lee, Biggs, Miller, Brewer, Malone, Carroll, Parker, of Calvert, Earle, Spates, Fields, Snyder, Grove, Smith, Henkle, Walsh, Hyland, Welch—20. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com- missioners of Calvert county to subscribe in behalf of said county to the capital stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Rail Road Company, and to issue bonds for that purpose, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
