Hyland, Mr. Clarke moved a reconsideration of the vote by which the above bill waS rejected. Which, was determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. Biggs, Kimmel, Clarke, Maddox, Carroll, Miller, Earle, Malone, Grove, Snyder, Henkle, Walsh—13. Hammond, NEGATIVE. Messrs. President, Hyland, Browne, Lee, Brewer, Smith, Fields, Walsh—8. On motion by Mr. Clarke, The bill was made the order of the day for to-morrow, at 12 M. Mr. Maddox was granted one day's leave of absence. On motion by Mr. Kimmel, At 11.55 P.M., the Senate adjourned until to-morrow, at 11 A. M. |
