1868.] OF THE SENATE. 481 House bill entitled an Act to give the assent of the Legis- lature of this State, to a bequest in the will of Susan A. Good- win, late of Charles county, deceased, to the Vestry of Trinity Parish in said county, Being the order of the day, Was taken up on its passage, And passed by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henkle, Biggs, Hyland, Brewer, Kimmel, Clarke, Lee, Carroll, Maddox, Denson, Parker of War., Earle, Snyder, Fields, Smith, Grove, Welch—18. NEGATIVE—None. The bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Senate bill entitled a supplement to an Act to repeal sec- tion 3 of the Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Town of Lutherville in Baltimore county, passed at this session of the General Assembly, and to re-enact the same with amend- ments, and to add new sections, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henkle, Biggs, Hyland, Brewer, Kimmel, Clarke, Maddox, Carroll, Parker of Wor., Denson, Snyder, Earle, Smith, Fields, Welch—17. Grove, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Mr. Grove, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, re- ported back Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 153, passed January session, 1867, entitled an Act to and an additional section to Article 30 of the Code of Public General Laws, re- lating to crimes and punishments, and to re-enact the same with the following amendments : |
