Which was rejected.

On motion by Mr. Lee,

The vote by which the amendment to the 156th section,
striking out the words "the male," was adopted,

Was reconsidered, and
The amendment was then rejected.
Mr. Lee offered the following amendment :

Add to section 175 : And nothing herein contained shall
authorize the location of any road on private property with-
out contract of the owner, or the decision of the County
Commissioners, upon due hearing as now prescribed by law
for opening or altering public roads.

Which was adopted.
Mr. Grove offered the following amendments :

Amend section 184 by adding after the word "office," in
line 17, the words, or place of its business operations.

Amend section 185 by adding in line 9, after the word'
"located," or of the certificate of its incorporation be re-
corded therein.

Amend section 184 by adding after the word "office," in.
line 15, the words, or place of its business operations.

Amend section 185, by adding after the word "office," in
line 9, the words "or place of business."

Which were adopted.
Mr. Miller offered the following amendment :

Strike out after the word "have," section 185, line 2, as
far as the word corporation inclusive in the 4th line, and in-
sert, been determined by legal proceedings to be insolvent.

Which was adopted.
Mr. Henkle offered the following amendments :

Section 108, strike out "eight per centum," and insert
"twelve per centum."

Section 109, strike out "eight per centum," and insert.
"twelve per centum "
