Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 3 of Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws relating to Indigent Blind and to re-enact the same with amendments, Being under consideration, was, On motion by Mr. Miller, Ordered to lie over. Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 18th section of Ar- ticle 56 of the Code of Public General Laws, and re-enact the same with amendments, Being under consideration, was, On motion by Mr. Miller, Ordered to be re-committed to the Commitee on Judicial Proceedings. On motion by Mr. Spates, He was excused from serving on the Committee on Tobacco Warehouses. And, On motion by Mr. Compton, Mr. Clarke was designated in Mr. Spate's place. On motion by Mr. Malone, 'The Senate adjourned until this evening at 7 1/2 o'clock. EVENING SESSION. TUESDAY, March 10,1868. The Senate met pursuant to adjournment. Present at roll call : Messrs.
