Public General Laws, title " Releases and Receipts," by
adding a new section thereto,

Senate bill entitled an Act regulating Fences in Frederick
county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to protect the navigation of the
Patuxent river,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
