Mr. Snyder, from the select committee reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 98 of Article
4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title city of Baltimore,
sub-title Auctions, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the first time.
Mr. Maddox from a select committee, reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to include Blackiston's Island
in the 3d Election District of St. Mary's county.

Which was read the first time.
Mr. Malone from a select committee, reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to widen and improve the pub-
lic roads in Wicomico county.

Which was read the first time.

On motion by Mr. Biggs,
The rules were suspended by the following vote:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Browne, Lee,
Biggs, Miller,
Brewer, Malone,
