On motion of Mr. Keech,
The question was divided,

The first division of the order was then adopted.

Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city, (by unanimous consent,)
withdrew the latter division of the order.

Mr. Mullin (the rules being suspended) submitted the fol-
lowing order:

Ordered that the memorial and accompanying papers of
the Union Bank of Baltimore, praying that provision be
made for the repayment of money advanced for school pur-
poses to the First Election District of Baltimore county, pre-
sented at the last session, be withdrawn from the files of this
House and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.

Which was adopted.
