Maddox, And returned to the House of Delegates. Mr. Kimmel gave notice that at some future time he would move a reconsideration of the above vote. On motion by Mr. Spates, Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed- ings to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 26'' of Article 38 of the Code of Public General Laws and to re- enact the same with amendments. The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered House bill entitled an Act appointing a committee with authority to purchase a lot or lots of ground in the city of Annapolis, and causing to be erected thereon a mansion for the Governor of this State, and making an appropriation. therefor. |
