Also, House bill entitled an Act to give the assent of the Legisla- ture of this State to a bequest in the will of Susan A. Good- win, late of Charles county, deceased, to the vestry of Trinity Parish, in said county. Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Judicial Proceedings. Also, House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 28 and 29 of Article 56, of the Code of Public General Laws, and to re- enact the same with amendments so as to read as follows. Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit- tee on Finance. Also, House bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact the 86th and 87th sections of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled Auctioneers. Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Judicial Proceedings. Also, House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 40, Article 9, of the Public Local Laws of Charles county, entitled " Elec- tions," and relating to Election Districts, and to enact the following in lieu thereof. Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on the Judiciary. A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend- ments section 612, of Article 4, of the Code Public Local Laws entitled City of Baltimore, and relating to the selection of Talesmen for the several Courts of said city. |
