Which was read the second time. Also, reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 100, of Article 30, of the Code of Public General Laws, title" Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Larceny," and to re-enact the same with amendments. Which was read the second time. Mr. Grove from a select Committee, reported Senate bill entitled an Act to prescribe the number of names to be selected and placed in the box from which a panel of jurors shall be drawn for Wicomico county. Which was read the first time. Mr. Smith, from the Committee on Corporations, reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis- sioners of Frederick and Carroll counties to aid in the com- pletion of the Woodsborough and Pipe Greek Turnpike Road Company. Which was read the second time. Mr. Smith, from a select committee, reported favorably House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller and Treasurer, when ascertaining the amount of paid up sub- scriptions to the capital stock of the Dorchester and Delaware Rail Road Company, to estimate the bonds of Dorchester county, which have been disposed of by the said company, as cash, and those remaining in the possession of said com- pany, as cash at a specified rate per cent.
