Mr. Carroll moved that the report and resolutions be put upon their third reading and passage, as they had already been engrossed. Mr. Henkle moved that the subject be postponed, the re- port and resolutions printed, and made the order of the day for to-morrow. Mr. Earle calling for a division of the question, the yeas and nays were called on the postponement as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
