JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Feb. 21,

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Meredith Ford and Jarrettsville Turnpike Company in
Baltimore and Harford counties,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
fellows :

The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act supplemental to an Act to pro-
vide for the restoration of the records, indexes, dockets and
papers destroyed or injured by fire in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county, passed January
session, 1867, chapter 234,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :
