entitled Testamentary Law, and relating to sales of real
estate by order of Orphans' Courts to come in after section,
328 of said Article, and to insert in said Article in lieu of the
section so repealed, the following section, relating to sales of
real estate by order of Orphans' Court.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the " Maryland
Democratic Association.''

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

Also,

Returned Senate Joint Resolution authorizing the State
Librarian to furnish Judges Martin, Tuck, Mason, Bowie,
Weisel and Crane, with copies of the decisions of the Court
of Appeals,

Endorsed, "Rejected by yeas and nays."
Also delivered

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Ellicott City
and Clarksville Turnpike Company.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

Also delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 159 of Article
1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany county,
relating to Sheriffs' fees, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Mr, Hyland from a select committee reported

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1865, chap.
60, entitled an Act to repeal sections 139, 140,141,142,143,
144, 145, 146, 147 and 148 of the Code of Public Local Laws
for Somerset county, relating to retailers, and to re-enact the
said sections 139 to 148, inclusive, of Article 19, of the Code
of Public Local laws, for Somerset county.

Which was read the first time.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Meredith Ford and Jarrettsville Turnpike Company in Bal-
timore and Howard counties,
