Reported favorably House' bill entitled an Act to incor-
porate a company to construct a turnpike or gravel road from
Cearfoss' Cross Roads in Washington county, through or
near Fairview to the Pennsylvania line.

Which was read the second time.
Also,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 75 and 76 of Ar-
ticle 21, Public Local Laws, relating to the town of Clear-
spring, iu Washington county, and to re-enact the same with,
amendments, so as to read as follows.

Which was read the second time.
Also,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Antietam
Hotel Company of Hagerstown.

Which was read the second time.
Also,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Opake Zinc
Company.

Which was read the second time.

Senate bill entitled a supplement to the Act passed at Jan-
uary session, 1866, chapter 52, entitled an Act to incorporate
the Dorchester and Delaware Rail Road Company, and to
direct the payment to the said company, of the sum of money
pledged by the Act passed at January session, 1860, chapter
303, to works of Internal Improvement in Dorchester
county,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate till entitled an Act to repeal the 32nd section of
the fifth Article of the Public Local Laws, entitled Calvert
county, relating to Justices of the Peace and Constables, and
provide for three additional Justices of the Peace for said
county,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
