ers of Frederick county to subscribe to the capital stock of
said company.

Eeported favorably House bill entitled an Act to incorpo-
rate the Maryland Permanent Land Building Society of Bal-
timore.

Which was read the second time.

Senate Mil entitled an Act to repeal the 32d section 6f the
5th Article of the Public Local Laws, entitled "Calvert
county," relating to Justices of the Peace and Constables,
and provide for three additional Justices of the Peace for said
county,

Was read a second time.
On motion by Mr. Kimmel,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill entitled an Act supplemental to an Act
passed at the December session, 1849, chapter 34, incorpo-
rating the Locust Point Ferry Company of Baltimore.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Trustees of Dulaney Chapel of the Methodist Church in
Great Falls Circuit, in Baltimore county, Maryland, to sell
and convey said property,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
