Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 5, of Article
60, of Public General Laws entitled " Marriages" and to re-
enact the same with amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows

On motion by Mr. Earle,

The vote by which Senate bill entitled an Act for the re-
lief of William H. Peake and David White, of Anne Arun-
del county was rejected, was reconsidered, and on his mo-
tion,

The bill was laid on the table.
On motion by Mr. Biggs,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article 53, of the Code of Public General Laws of
the State of Maryland " entitled Landlord and tenant, to fol-
low section 21.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered House bill
entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Baltimore Fells
Point Hebrew Friendship congregation.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

Mr. Grove from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably Senate bill entitled an Act for the relief
of Benjamin Frost, alias Waters.

Which was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
