"Maryland Hospital," prescribing an additional oath to be
taken by the President, Vice President and Visitors of the
said hospital, and to reinstate the former President, Vice
President and Visitors of the said hospital in-office.

Was read the second time, and,
On motion by Mr. Walsh,

Was recommitted to the select committee.

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Fairmount
Academy, in District No. 11, Somerset county,
Was read the second time, and,
On motion by Mr. Hammond,
Was referred to the Committee on Corporations.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 153, passed
January session, 1867, entitled and Act to add an additional
section to Article 30 of the Code of Public General Laws
relating to crimes and punishments, and to re-enact the same
with amendments,

Was read the third time, and,
On motion by Mr. Smith,

Was re-committed to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings.

Mr. Malone, from the select committee, reported a bill en-
titled an Act to ratify the proceedings of the Sheriffs and
Constables of Somerset county and Worcester county, upon
executions issued by them prior to the formation of Wicom-
ico county.

Which was read the first time.

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the measurement
of oysters in the State of Maryland,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :
