Leave was granted to the Senators from Somerset, Wor-
cester and Caroline to introduce a bill to incorporate the
Eairmount Academy, in election district No. 11, Somerset
county.

Mr. Grove, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported without amendment the House bill entitled an Act
to repeal section 40 of Article 11, of the Code of Public Local
Laws entitled "Frederick County," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
