Honorable Body, that the Committees on Education of the
Senate and House of Delegates, shall sit as a joint committee
for the purpose of considering and reporting a law to estab-
lish an efficient system of free public schools throughout the
State.

tions 567, 568, 569, 570 of the 4th Article, Code of Public
Local Laws, relating to the City of Baltimore, and to sub-
stitute in lieu of sections 567, 568, 569
