ported favorably

A bill entitled an Act authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of Cecil county to build a bridge over Scotchman's
creek, in said county.

Mr. Corbin, Chairman of select committee, reported
favorably

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867, chapter
235, entitled an Act to repeal section 39 of Article 19 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the County Com-
missioners for Somerset county, and to re-enact the said
section 39 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws
relating to Somerset county, so as to read as follows.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Beck, Chairman of select committee, reported fa-
vorably

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to the
Code of Public General Laws, Article 69, entitled "Officers."

Which was read a first time.

Mr, Bowlus, Chairman of select committee, reported
favorably

A bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick county,
relating to the powers and duties of the Mayor, Aldermen
and Common Council of Frederick city, to follow section
161.

Mr. Devecmon, Chairman of select committee, reported

favorably

A bill entitled an Act to enable Thomas Gemmell to hold
lands and dispose of the same.

Mr. Hall, Chairman of select committee, reported fa-
vorably

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 69 of Article 1st of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title Allegany county, sub-
title Fences, and to re-enact the same with, amendments.
