The bill entitled an .Act to pay the per diem and expenses
of the joint committee appointed by the General Assembly at
its last session, to meet a similar committee appointed by the
State of Virginia, to settle and adjust the boundary line
between Maryland and Virginia, on the Eastern Shore.

The bill entitled an Act to appoint a commission of three
persons to meet a like number of persons appointed by the
State of Virginia to settle and adjust the boundary line on
the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, between the States
of Virginia and Maryland.

Also,

The hill entitled an Act to repeal section 9 of Article 19,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Somerset county,"
sub-title Almshouse, and enact the following in lieu thereof.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the 31st section of Arti-
cle 24, of the Code of Public General Laws, title Convey-
ancing, sub-title Mortgages, by adding thereto and re-enact-
ing as follows.

The bill entitled an Act to enable John James Jackson,
an alien, to hold, inherit and transmit real estate in the
State of Maryland.

The bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact the 167th
section of the 93d Article of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled Testamentary Law.

The resolution of thanks to the President and Ladies of
the Southern Relief Association of Maryland.
