Mr. Latrobe, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and
Means, reported

The Senate bill entitled an Act to require the several Clerks
to the County Commissioners and the Clerk to the Appeal Tax
Court of Baltimore City to make out a copy of the revised
assessment of 1866, and return the same to the Comptroller
of the Treasury.

Said bill being upon its passage second reading,
On motion of Mr. Herbert,

The bill was recommitted to the Committee on Ways and
Means.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Triadel-
phia Turnpike Company,
