The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Directors of
the Maryland Penitentiary to construct the Dormitory Build-
ings for the accommodation of the convicts in said prison,
and make an appropriation therefor,

The said bill was then returned to the Senate.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2 of an
Act passed March 21, 1867, chapter 329, entitled an Act to
provide for the selecting, drawing and summoning of Jurors
in the several counties, and prescribing their qualification,
and re-enact the same with amendments,
