The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptrol-
ler of the Treasury to adjust and settle the claims of the
State's Attorneys in the several counties and city of Baltimore
for certain fees due by the State,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as

The bill entitled an an Act to repeal the Act of 1864,
chapter 267, providing for a State subscription to Wingate's
Maryland Register, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.,
