about the halls of the Senate and House of Delegates during
the present session. Nicholas H. Green the sum of three
hundred and sixty-six dollars and fifty cents for articles fur-
nished for the use of the General Assembly , Ckarles Kal-
flinski the sum of eighteen dollars and seventy-five cents for
gas fitting about the State House ; Amos Jones the sum of
forty dollars ; Robert Johnson the sum of twenty dollars and
Marcellus A. Bramble the sum of twenty dollars for the use
of their schooners, under the direction of the Sheriff of Dor-
chester county, in arresting parties violating the oyster laws
of the State.

Amend the title by striking out the words 'and' in the 18th
line, 'Cushing and Medairy' in the 20th line, and 'and' in
the 25th line, and adding thereto the following : 'John
Murphy & Co., James Higgins, Thomas H. Moore, Dechert
& Wason, the Carmelite Sisters, Daniel Caulk, Nicholas H,.
Green, Charles Kaflinski, Amos Jones, Robert Johnson and
Marcellus A. Bramble.

Amend by inserting at end of section 12, Abraham Grable
the sum of $25.56, for taxes erroneously paid into the Treas-
ury.

Section 1, line 46, strike out all from the commencement
of the 46th line to the word 'Cushings' in line 51.

Strike out the appropriation for Dechert & Wason for
printing 5,000 extra copies of the Constitution.

Said amendments were severally read and adopted.

And the bill as amended passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows :
