JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 27,

Mr. Montague moved to strike out the title of the bill.

Decided in the negative.

The title was then, adopted.

Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city, submitted the following
order :

Resolved, That it is the sense of this House that all mem-
bers of this House who failed to meet at 4 1/2 o'clock this P.
M., the assigned hour of meeting, are deserving the censure
of this House for their apparent neglect of public business.

Which was read.

On motion of Mr. Harig,
The order was laid on the table.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 50 of Article 5 of
the Code of Public General Laws, title Appeals, sub-title Ap-
peals from Justices of the Peace,
