The Secretary of the Senate returned the bill entitled an
Act to repeal section 2 of the Act of 1868, chapter 39,
entitled an Act to authorize the Delaware Rail Road Com-
pany to extend a branch railroad across the State line into
Kent county, Maryland, and to re-enact the same with
amendments,

ments."

The bill entitled an Act to amend Article 4, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Guano," by adding thereto the
following sections relating to the inspection of fertilizers,
other than guano.

tee on Inspections.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 26 of the Code of
Public General Laws, and to enact a substitute therefor, and
to repeal section 22, of Article 16, section 99 to 103, of the
same Article, and sections 33 to 43, of Article 88, of the
Code of Public General Laws,
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Iglehart, (by unanimous consent.) submitted the fol-
lowing amendment:
In section 216, lines 1 and 2, strike out the words " nor
any agent or employee of such corporation."
