The vote by which the bill entitled an Act to incorporate
the Marlboro and Patuxent River Rail Road Company was
indefinitely postponed.

Was reconsidered.

The question then being upon the second reading of the
bill,

It was placed upon the file of bills entitled to a second
reading.

The bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to
Article 30, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
Sabbath Breaking,

Was read a third time.

The question then being on the passage of the bill,

Mr. Sanner moved that the further consideration thereof
be postponed, and the bill made the order of the day for
Monday next.

Decided in the negative.
