The bill entitled an Act to change the place of voting in
the (4th) fourth election district of Carroll county,

Being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Jordan,
The enacting clause was stricken out.

The bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact section 805
of article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws relating to the
city of Baltimore, under the sub-title " Orphans' Court,"

Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

be postponed and the bill made the order of the day for
Thursday, the 30th inst.

Decided in the negative.

The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas
