JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 25,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act passed
January 30th, 1868, relating to the amount of stationery
furnished to members and officers of the General Assembly,
and to provide a system of commutation and to add an
additional section thereto,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

Mr. Coudy moved that the bill be read a third time to clay
in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, sec-
tion 27, Article 3,
