1056 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 24,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the People's Tow-
ing and Transportation Company of Baltimore.

The bill entitled an Act to restore to the West Notting-
ham Academy, in Cecil county, the annual donation of
$500 out of the school fund of said county.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 58 of Article 16
of the Code of Public General Laws, under the title of
Chancery Jurisdiction, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 16 of Article 11
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled Attorneys at
Law and Attorneys in Fact, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2 of the Act
passed March 13th, 1867, chapter 286, entitled an Act to in-
corporate the Chester River Fruit Packing Company, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

The bill entitled an Act to provide for the compensation of
the Crier of the Circuit Court for Carroll county.

The hill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the Queenstown and Harrington Rail-
way Company, chapter 354, passed March 22d, 1867.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 4 of chapter 162,
of the Acts of 1865, entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled Testamentary Law, and relating to sales of real estate
by order of Orphans' Courts, to come in after section 328 of
said Article, and to insert in said Article in lieu of the section
so repealed the following section relating to sales of real es-
states by order of Orphans' Courts.

finished business of yesterday, being

The bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 98 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title Wild Fowl, and to enact the fol-
lowing in lieu thereof.

Said bill being upon a second reading,
