The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 156,
passed January session, 1867, entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tions 5 and 8 of an Act passed January session, 1864, chap-
ter 15, entitled an Act to aid and encourage enlistments into
the Maryland Regiments, in the service of the United States,
and also to repeal sections 4 and 5 of an Act passed January
session, 1865, chapter 33, entitled an Act to provide bounty
for soldiers entering the service of the United States to fill
the quotas of Maryland, under the call of the President of
the United States, of December, 1864, and under future
calls,
