The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 4 of Article 91 of
the Code of Public General Laws, and to substitute the fol-
lowing in lieu thereof to read as section 4.

on the Judiciary.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 21 of Article 7 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Carroll county, entitled
Justices of the Peace and Constables, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

delegation.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Frederick and Baltimore counties to aid in con-
structing turnpike roads in ther respective counties.

Hopkins and Horsey.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Provident Life
and Trust Company of Baltimore.
