The bill entitled an Act to regulate the time of holding
the respective Circuit Courts for the several counties com-
prising the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Maryland, and to
repeal the local laws for the said counties in reference
thereto,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact section 213,
of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " City
of Baltimore," sub-title "Elections,"

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act authoriz-
ing the County Commissioners of Baltimore county, if they
in their judgment consider the claim just and fair, to levy a
tax upon the First Election District of said county, as the
same was limited and defined on the first day of May, 1833,
for the payment of the debt contracted by the Commissioners
of Public Schools, under the Act of 1832, chapter —, passed
January session, 1856, chapter 172,

Being upon a second reading,

more county delegation.
