Mr. Latrobe submitted the following message :
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 21st, 1868.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
We respectfully ask your Honorable Body to return the
Senate bill entitled "An Act to require the several Clerks of
the Couny Commissioners and the Clerk to the Appeal Tax
Court of Baltimore city, to make out a copy of the revised
assessment of 1866, and return the same to the Comptrol-
ler of the Treasury, passed by the House of Delegates, March
21st, 1868."
