102 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Jan. 20;

Mr. Biddison submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the Honorable member from the Second
Ward of Baltimore city be allowed 50 copies of the Journal
daily.

Which was read.

Mr. Herbert submitted the following amendment:
Ordered, That Mr. Weutz be furnished with 20 copies of
the Journals of the House.
Which was rejected.

The question then recurring upon the adoption of the
order,

Mr. Wentx moved to strike out all after the word "order-
ed."

Decided in the negative.

On motion of Mr. Smith, of Baltimore city,
The order was laid on the table.

Mr. Bowlus, from select committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled an Act to incorporate a company to open and im-
prove the road from Frederick county to the Spout Spring,
on the Hamburg road, passing Bradrups' Saw Mill, passed at
January session, 1860, General Assembly of Maryland,
chapter 267.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Deale, from select committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled an Act for the relief of William II. Peake and
David White, of Anne Arundel county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Fooks, from select committee, reported favorably a hill
entitled an Act to define the limits of the several election
districts in Wicomico count}T.

Which was read a first time.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 22 and 24 of
Article 61 of the Code of Public General Laws, and enact
the following in lieu thereof:

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed March 10, 1864, chapter 347,
entitled an Act to repeal section 80 of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, " Montgomery County," relating to
the courts of said county, and to enact a substitute therefor,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :
