WASHINGTON COUNTY.

Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
an election be held in the Boonsborough or sixth election dis-
trict of Washington county, on the first Monday of March next,
and that in the conducting of the said election and making the
return thereof, the judges of election shall conform in all re-
spects to the existing laws in relation to the elections, and that

SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the first day of August next, all fields and
grounds kept for enclosure in Washington county, shall be

four feet and half high from the ground to the top of the upper
rail, and all worm fences shall be at least six feet high from the

inches from the ground or embankment, on which the same is
or may be built, and the width between the rails composing
the fence shall be such as is usual in the construction of good
